Just tell Mira, our cook, in advanced if you want to dine.
Mira will make sure you have food like newly caught fish direct from the fishermen or fresh ingredients from our local markets.
Her speciality is Sangkutsang Manok, a local dish, made of native chicken, coconut milk, chili leaves, fresh paprika, fresh ginger, lemongrass etc.
Or why not order grilled fish(newly caught) with papaya salad and calamansi.
